About Perennial Pastures

Inspired by the regenerative farming principles of Joel Salatin, Jason McEvilly founded Perennial Pastures to explore farming systems that work sustainably with the land, the animals, our customers, and the local community.

Perennial Pastures took root in Belgium, Wisconsin, in 2023 with pigs, sheep, and chickens raised on diverse pasture. Our animals have access to fresh forage and are supplemented with foods sourced from local businesses, including Maglios Produce, Lakeshore Foods, Black Husky Brewery, and others, creating partnerships that help reduce waste while supporting a more resilient local food system.

Today, we’re thoughtfully growing our herds and preparing to offer pasture-raised meats directly to our community through an online CSA subscription, as well as through select wholesale partnerships.
